Latos, Rolen make a move in latest player power rankings

It’s the second edition of the player power rankings. The Reds are 3-4 since last week, including all four losses in a row going into tonight’s game with the Cubs. Almost everyone seems to have cooled off, which should have been expected, leaving most Reds fans yearning for the return of Joey Votto. Who can blame them? We’ve been without him long enough. Hopefully, he’ll be back by next week. Until then, here’s how the roster has stacked up thus far. It should be noted that Mat Latos and Scott Rolen took the biggest leaps. Latos moved from 10th to 7th, while Rolen moved from 19th to a tie for 12th. The newest Red, Jonathan Broxton also makes his first appearance this week. 1.
